It started out as a recap of recipes for food and beverages; he has extended the weekly content in writing whatever comes to mind.  Hence, funny jokes and stories that he remembers; incidents that he encountered while in the consulting business; and articles that he read somewhere. He is currently working on his Memoir/Cookbook -“Have you eaten?” – a memoir about growing up in Hong Kong around  food, and a recap of tons of fun recipes from his cooking classes.
