Bio



Peter was born in Hong Kong; he came to the U.S. to get a college education, and ended up getting married and started a career in hospitality in Southern California, after he graduated with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He was recruited different times by companies who wanted  to start new restaurant concepts. Finally he decided that Wisconsin is home. After living in Milwaukee for over 20 some years, he and his wife Colleen finally moved up to the North Woods to be closer to their granddaughter, who lives in the cities.

Planning to retire after many years of working in the industry, he found himself busier now than ever – with teaching cooking classes, writing, singing and with consulting work. He enjoys sharing his passion with others. “What better ways to live your life, when what you do makes other people happy.”
